Systems Integrator
Location: Langley Research Center (Remote if local)
Clearance: Able to obtain Public Trust
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Integrator to join our Specialized Services team supporting the Office of Strategic Infrastructure (OSI) Facilities and Real Estate Division (FRED) IT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting similar enterprise analytics, and utilities and building systems operational technology deployments in the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years’ experience. May be possible to
substitute experience for degree.
• Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead and collaborate.
• Strong understanding and experience with industry best practices and compliance
standards such as ASHRAE 223P.
• Proficiency in analytics as pertains to utilities and buildings systems, specifically
deployments within the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies.
• Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a
collaborative environment.
• Experience in planning, executing, and managing system integration projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with AVEVA PI
PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Develop a concise Program Plan that will support NASA’s goal for Institutional Analytics.
• Identify 20 common facility assets and fault detection rules that will form an “Initial Institutional Analytics Capability.”
• Develop data standards that support an enterprise implementation of the Initial Institutional Analytics Capability.
• Document data standards and provide implementation guidance in a concise Data Governance Guide.
• Develop and document system integration plans and architectures. Assess requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
• Implements detailed plans and recommends policies and procedures regarding program specific requirements.
